About these terms

These terms cover your use of abmne.com and our portal, run by All Boro Maintenance LLC, doing business as AB Build & Access. By using them you agree to these terms. Work we do for you is covered by your own written contract or the program's approved authorization, which controls if it differs from this page.

Information on this site

The information here is general. It is not medical, legal or financial advice. Program rules and funding (for example NJ DDD, Medicaid plans, JACC and VA grants) are set by those programs, can change, and are decided by them, not by us. We can't promise that any program will approve or pay for a project.

Free home visits and quotes

Home visits and quotes are free, with no obligation. A quote is an estimate until it becomes a written contract or program authorization. No work starts, and nothing is charged, without a written agreement. Changes to the scope or price need a written change order signed before the changed work is done. Our prices are in the written quote. We don't add hidden fees.

Texts and calls

When you send us a form with your phone number, or ask us to text you, you agree that we may call or text you about your request and your job. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Portal accounts

Keep your login private and give accurate information. Use the portal only for jobs you are part of. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share. We may suspend access that is misused.

Reviews

We publish only real reviews from people we have worked with, with their permission, using their first name, last initial and town. We don't write reviews ourselves, pay for reviews, or hide reviews because they are negative. We may leave out personal or health details and offensive language.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, or send spam, malware or false information through our forms.

Content and licenses

• Text, logos and design on this site belong to All Boro Maintenance LLC. Please don't copy them without permission.
• Fonts: Barlow Condensed, Public Sans and IBM Plex Mono, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and hosted on our own server (license text).
• Screenshot tool: html2canvas, MIT License (license text).
• Photos and illustrations are owned by us or used under license. Photos of homes we worked on are shown only with the owner's permission. If you believe something here is yours, contact us and we'll fix it promptly.

Links to government programs and other sites are for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits or waives any right you have under New Jersey or New York law, including the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, the New Jersey Contractors' Registration Act and New York's home improvement law. No part of these terms is meant to apply in a way those laws don't allow.

Governing law and contact
