Who we are
This website, abmne.com, and our secure portal are run by All Boro Maintenance LLC, doing business as AB Build & Access ("we", "us"). Contact us about privacy at info@abmne.com, 929-442-2707 (call or text), or by mail to 224 W 35th St, Suite 500 #517, New York, NY 10001.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone, email, town or ZIP code, the work you need, how you'd like us to reach you, who may pay, and anything you write or upload, such as photos of your home or documents. Coordinators send referrals with client initials only.
- Please don't send health details through the website. We don't ask for diagnoses, medical records, Medicaid ID numbers or dates of birth on our forms. When a program or coordinator shares documents we need for a job, they go through our secure portal, not website forms or email.
- If you use the "Trouble with the website?" tool: it sends us a picture of the page you were on, your description, and basic browser details, only when you press send. Anything typed into form fields is blanked out of the picture.
- Portal accounts: your name, email, organization and role, plus the job updates, photos, documents and signatures added to jobs you are part of.
- Technical data: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To answer you, schedule your free home visit, prepare quotes, and do and bill the work you ask for.
- To work with the program, plan or coordinator that pays for or manages your services, when you or they ask us to.
- To call, text or email you about your request. We send texts only about your request, scheduling and your job. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
- To keep our records, meet legal, tax, licensing and program requirements, and protect against fraud and misuse.
- We use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to organize incoming requests and draft replies. People at AB Build & Access remain responsible for decisions about your job.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our systems for us under contract: website hosting and forms (Netlify), email, calendar and documents (Google Workspace), our portal and request records (Google Firebase), business phone and texting (Quo), and our customer records tools. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Your program, plan or coordinator (for example NJ DDD and its payment agency Acumen, a Medicaid health plan, or the VA), as needed to get your work approved and paid.
- Our subcontractors and suppliers, only what they need to do your job, such as the address, the approved scope and the schedule.
- When the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our legal rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
Optional features from other companies
- Translation: if you pick a language other than English, the page text is sent to Google Translate, and Google may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy. Nothing is sent to Google unless you choose a language.
- WhatsApp and Google Maps buttons are plain links. If you use them, those companies' own policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Job, contract and payment records are kept as long as tax, licensing and program rules require, usually up to seven years. Inquiries that don't become jobs are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, and sooner if you ask.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, password-protected accounts limited to the people who need them, and a secure portal for job documents. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Stop texts (reply STOP) or emails (reply "unsubscribe") at any time.
- Appeal our answer to a request by replying to it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
Make a request on our privacy request page or by contacting us. We may need to confirm your identity first. We answer within 45 days, and we never treat you differently for using these rights. Some records we must keep by law (for example, records a program requires for work it paid for); if so, we'll tell you what and why. We honor browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control, although we don't sell or target ads with your data in the first place.
Children
This site is meant for adults. Information about a child is accepted only from a parent, guardian or the child's coordinator, to provide services for that child.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
